Traveling through the area and staying at Florence Marina we had a slow leak. Called after 3PM and said we could be there by 4PM. Patrick said no problem, arrived and in 30 minutes they had us back on the road minus one nail. Nice waiting area available, reasonable repair charge and everyone was very nice. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday, dropped my key in the drop box the Sunday before, and my vehicle was serviced and completed quickly. Picked my car up after work. I really like the appointment scheduling and the ability to use the key drop box. Service was excellent and trustworthy. Definitely recommended.

My grandparents took my 2007 black jeep wrangler here to get my steering fixed it takes them a week plus them having to reorder different parts multiple times and when I do get it back they forgot to plug some electrical stuff back into the alternator so my alternator was killing my battery my battery actually died and I lost power while driving it over to O’Reillys to get my battery swapped. While swapping my battery they checked the voltage and realized the alternator was draining the new battery so they check the alternator and there’s a bunch of stuff unplugged around it and surprise surprise as soon as they plugged everything back in my vehicles was fine and worked. Bottom line I’m never bringing my vehicle back here again thank you for taking a week just to half ass the job that’s someone else had to finish for you.

Mr. Parker we understand your frustration with the length of time it took to get your Jeep ready. It was on our rack for a solid week while we were waiting for you to bring the correct parts. We would have had your Jeep in and out on the sameday but the parts that you supplied were not correct. We were at the mercy of the parts supplier that you chose to get your parts from which added over a week of wait time. (This is why we recommended letting us supply the parts needed to repair your Jeep. We have no control over the situation if the parts are not purchased from Jim Whaley Tires.) Regarding your Alternator/battery issues we did not have to unplug any connectors to install the center link and steering intermediate shaft although, after the job was complete we did test drive your Jeep to make sure it was driving correctly. At that time there were no lights on the dash showing any malfunctions. Mr. Parker again I apologize that we could not match your expectations for the repairs you had completed at Jim Whaley Tires but I can assure you we will learn from this experience and we will be better in the future. There is something we can do better in every situation, I am not sure yet what it is in this situation but we will sit back and analyze the whole outcome to make sure the next time we are l in a situation like this we will have a positive outcome.
